I dati di natura personale forniti non saranno trasferiti in Paesi Extra UE.

Diritti dell’interessato | Reclamo Autorità di controllo

Lei potrà far valere i propri diritti come espressi dagli artt. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 del Regolamento UE 2016/679, rivolgendosi al Titolare del trattamento, inviando una mail all’indirizzo privacy@mitutoyo.it oppure telefonando al numero 02.935781. Lei ha il diritto, in qualunque momento, di chiedere al Titolare del trattamento l’accesso ai Suoi dati personali, la rettifica, la cancellazione degli stessi, la limitazione del trattamento. Inoltre, nei casi previsti, ha il diritto di opporsi, in qualsiasi momento, al trattamento dei suoi dati (compresi i trattamenti automatizzati, es. la profilazione), nonché di revocare il consenso prestato senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso prima della revoca. 6. Use of Plugins

Use of Google Analytics [with anonymization]

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google“. Google Analytics employs so-called “cookies“, text files that are stored on your computer in order to facilitate an analysis of your use of the site. The information generated by these cookies, such as the time, place, and frequency of your visits to our site, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google’s location in the US and stored there. In using Google Analytics our website employs the extension, "_gat._anonymizeIp". In doing so, Google abbreviates and thereby anonymizes your IP address before transferring it from member states of the European Union or signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Integration of services and contents of third parties

It is possible that, within the scope of our website, third-party content like, e.g. YouTube videos, map images provided by Google Maps, RSS feeds, or graphics are integrated from other websites. This always implies that the providers of these contents (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") detect the user’s IP address, as without the IP address they could not send the contents to the browser of the respective user. This means that the IP address is necessary to display such content. We make an effort to exclusively use contents whose providers use the IP address only for the delivery of contents, but we have no way of ensuring that third-party providers will not store the IP address for statistical purposes.

7. Publication of job advertisements / online job applications

Your application data/details are electronically collected and processed by us for the purpose of processing the application procedure. If concluded an employment contract due to your application so your transmitted data will be stored by us in your personnel file for the purposes of the usual organizational process and management process in accordance with the relevant legal regulations. In rejecting your job application, the deletion of data transmitted by you will begin automatically two months after notification of the rejection. This does not apply if longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (e.g., the burden of proof to the “General Equal Treatment Act”), or if you have explicitly agreed to longer storage in our prospective database.

In Germany, the “Federal Data Protection Act” grants you the right to free information about your stored data, and if necessary, the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of these data.

Your personal data are transmitted via “TLS 1.2” encrypted via the Internet. We secure our website and other systems with technical and organizational measures against the loss, destruction, access, modification, or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your account is only possible after entering your personal password. You should keep your access information confidential. Close the browser window when you have finished your communication with us, especially if you use a public computer or you share the computer with others.

On our website, we offer the opportunity to contact you by email and/or by a contact form. In this case, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your contact. There will be no transfer of data to third parties. A comparison of the collected data with data that may be collected by other components of our site is also not possible.
